Christopher Collison
Christopher Collison is the Founder & Director of Hoverla Advisory, where he advises international partners navigating Ukraine’s defense, resilience, and recovery sectors and helps Ukrainian organizations engage international audiences, partners, and funders. Based in Kyiv, he brings 15 years of experience across strategic communications, partnerships, program delivery, research, and business development in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. His work has included leadership roles for international programs supported by USAID, the UK’s FCDO, and European agencies, as well as defense analysis initiatives, journalism, and political research. Christopher combines deep contextual knowledge with practical experience connecting Ukrainian and international partners.
