UkrOboronProm was Ukraine’s state defense concern, transformed in 2023 into the 100%-state-owned Joint-Stock Company Ukrainian Defense Industry. The successor describes itself as a strategic manufacturer of weapons and military hardware, consolidating Ukrainian state defense enterprises and employing about 67,000 workers.
