What happened
A 5 October presidential decree appointed Davyd Aloian chair and Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Hvozdiar deputy chair of the Interagency Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation Policy and Export Control, replacing Yurii Myronenko. It also added representatives from the defense industry, parliament, and Presidential Office, and removed Yevhenii Ostrianskyi.
