TAF Industries integrates AURA AI terminal guidance into FPV drones

Companies: TAF Industries · DOD Solution

What happened

Ukrainian defense manufacturer TAF Industries has completed the integration of DOD Solution’s AURA AI module into its 10-inch Kolibri 10 Advance FPV strike quadcopter. An onboard computer detects, classifies, acquires and tracks stationary or moving targets. After the operator confirms the attack, the system continues tracking and automatically guides the drone to the target. The companies say equipped drones have been tested in combat and used by Ukraine’s 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade “Kholodnyi Yar” and 3rd Separate Assault Brigade. The integrated configuration is listed on Brave1 Market for unit orders, including through e-points.

Why it matters

The integration brings operator-supervised terminal guidance to a serially produced Ukrainian FPV platform, creating a route to distribute the capability through an existing drone product. The companies say it reduces pilot workload and can maintain the final approach when GPS is unavailable, electronic warfare is active, or communications are limited or absent. The Brave1 Market listing and e-point incentives for confirmed strikes using automatic-guidance modules provide a procurement route for military units.
