NeoLens releases Android weapon-maintenance app with offline document access

Companies: NeoLens

As of Published

What happened

The app brings the Ukrainian startup's web-based service to Android, letting users download maintenance documents and review previous tasks offline. It is free for Ukraine’s Defense Forces, while a restricted version provides instructions for more than 40 weapon types, including air-defense systems and artillery, to relevant units.

Why it matters

Personnel can consult downloaded maintenance guidance and task history without a connection, including for air-defense systems and artillery whose instructions are limited to relevant units. As context, NeoLens’s AI assistant, introduced in November 2025, was helping Ukrainian mechanics restore HMMWV, MaxxPro and M113 vehicles in dozens of repair battalions. In February 2026, NeoLens and Roboneers adapted the assistant for maintenance support for Shably remote-controlled combat modules.
