CODE380’s D·Vision SDR drone-signal detector reaches ready-product stage after field testing

What happened

Kyiv-based CODE380 has developed D·Vision SDR, a software-defined radio detector that scans the 500–8,700 MHz range for signals associated with drones and converts them into a video feed for an operator. The company says the team conducted field testing with military personnel during combat missions. The product followed more than a year of software and hardware work, and the team continues to refine it through updates released about twice a month. CODE380 also reports that the detector scans the range without blind spots and has higher sensitivity than other market detectors.

Why it matters

D·Vision SDR is intended to detect drone signals while letting an operator view the associated drone video. Its broad stated frequency coverage and software-based processing could support wider radio-frequency monitoring than the conventional analog receivers described by the developers. Testing with military personnel during combat missions places the device in a practical Ukrainian defense setting and points to a counter-UAS application beyond laboratory development.
